If you are visiting the area for the first time you could of course combine the time in the lovely Suffolk countryside, with visits to Constable's birth place and scene of many of his works around Flatford and Dedham. There are many areas of beauty locally and interesting sites to see around Ipswich or take the opportunity to visit Felixstowe Port viewing area to see the UK's largest container port in operation or visit the famous Languard Fort right next door or even take a dip in teh north sea a mere stones throw from the shop or walk along the 5 miles of promenade! |
